The right to education is far from being realised for all people with a disability. Today, 12 years after the signing of the Salamanca Declaration by more than 300 participants representing 92 countries, very few of the ideas have been put into practice.
Therefore 3 years before the 15th anniversary of the agreement of this important document we want to make a first state of play and gather ideas on how we could come closer to putting the principles into practice.
